We do not ship UPS orders C.O.D.
We charge a $3 handling fee plus &, if applicable, the cost of any materials needed to package the order. In addition to the shipping charge, UPS has additional charges for any items not shipped in a box, residential delivery, rural delivery surcharge & signature required.
