Restocking Fee Policy - Stocked Items

For stock items ordered in error, & are in resalable condition, there is a 20% restocking fee. We will institute an additional 15% processing fee for returns purchased by credit card. This processing fee will only apply if the return is posted back to the credit card. If the credit is kept on file for future use, this fee will be waived.
