Restocking Fee Policy - Non-Stock Items

For non-stock/non-custom items there is a 20% restocking fee & possibly additional shipping costs that may be charged. We will institute an additional 15% processing fee for returns purchased by credit card. This processing fee will only apply if the return is posted back to the credit card. If the credit is kept on file for future use, this fee will be waived.
