Corrugated Price Increase
To all of our customers:
On Friday, April 19th, "Pulp and Paper", the paper industries monthly publication, announced a $50 per ton increase in the cost of linerboard and medium.
As a result, the corrugated industry has announced a 10% increase on all Single Faced Corrugated and Corrugated Cartons effective Monday, May 20th.
Unfortunately, we have no other choice than to pass this increase along to you, our customers.
For our custom carton customers please note that all custom orders must be in to us by noon on Friday, May 17th so that we can process your orders and have them in to our vendors by their 2 p.m. deadline.
All custom cartons ordered after 2 p.m. run the risk of not being processed by the manufactures by the close of the business on the 17th. All orders not processed by the close of business on the 17th will be priced on Monday the 20th at the new cost.
As always, I will be talking with our vendors right up to the deadline trying to negotiate down the published percentage.
